Have You Been Following My Instagram?

Hey guys,

So here it is —  I woke up one morning and decided that “Video Blogging” has my name all over it.  And lately,  as it hits me to do — my spirit directs me to reflect and relay  messages that I absolutely HAVE to share  — it always helps me balance and hold my self accountable. It’s like “THE word” for the day — whatever it is that you are battling with we’re in this together and I take pride and showing that the struggle all around is real and we all have ways to deal with it — (although, there are general practices to evolve during “the struggle”) I just decided to shed a light on my transformation. I am loving this next phase of my life.. as I approach year 30.. (I’m early but I’m feeling the mental shift)HUMBLY! AND I DO MEAN HUMBLY –  I CAN believe the things I’ve accomplished because if I really think about it – KNEW I was going to do it when I made a commitment to even allow the words of action to come out of my mouth. I embrace the fact that I love to most importantly to keep the word to myself.. and by this I mean simply “word is bond..” see.. you keep your word to others… right? So why not keep your words to yourself.. and not from a self perspective.

I want you to start setting standards for your being and I mean that from every aspect and any that your mind just took you when you read that sentence. Do it — what do you have to lose?… this is a mental exercise, gaining mental strength is key.  

My favorite saying from when I was a younger “Say what you mean & mean what you say.. but keep it gangsta all the way” subconsciously .. I still very well live by this.

So now with that being said follow my Instagram for random daily on the spot content from yours truly.

eighteen. this is happening

Here it is 2018, last time I updated you on a deeper level was late last year.

Well, breezing in 2018 feels like my life is happening.. like I’ve always desired — come to find out that I am the only thing holding myself back and was holding myself back so many years ago. Getting in my own way. I am so happy now that I can realize my unbalanced habits and have the ability to finger point how to control them so that they don’t control me.

That’s what finding yourself and focusing on your true being does… no bullsh*t. It could be that I’m transitioning to the third decade of my life (which I’ve been so eager to be in –my prime) ; I am realizing how much wanting to be where I am now for so long has held me back from being in this position sooner.. but you know timing is everything. Maybe I wouldn’t feel as connected or who knows… I’ll never know because that was then and this is now. Now is what matters most. The fact that your reading this means more than you know — for the both of us.

It’s life, a test — a self mystery an adventure to constantly explore and grow to love more — and more.

I am so happy now that I chose my first self and it’s divine order;  knowing and doing all the things that I love with the people who love like me.

On the Music Note: I got with two beautifully talented and earthly connected Queens and formed “The Royal Bunch” — a music movement here in California.  The sweet beautiful sounds of royal music from the heart & soul- we welcome all musicians. We originated in Beverly Hills, CA last we invited indie artist(s) to share the mic in a great Royal Jam Session — This was so awesome my entire body filled with energy of excitement, gratitude and joy for being in the present moment and experiencing what I was meant to experience.

Welp… thats just a piece of the pie. I hope to share more of my thoughts with you the next time my spirit allows it to express itself is such a way.

Gratefulness.


A day before the great holiday “Thanksgiving” I feel a strong sense of gratitude towards my life and who I have become. I had a great conversation with my siblings yesterday and we spoke for hours the three of us — after we parted ways (over the line) I had a great feeling of gratitude towards them and how they are a muse within my life —  so much joy filled my heart and I felt the real meaning of “thanksgiving.” It was an amazing feeling;   last night I slept in peace knowing that all is well in the world and I am doing just fine on the path that I have chosen for my life. I’m proud that I am able to discipline myself good enough to get things done, my mental strength allows me to do what I say I’m going to do. It’s really the universe’s way of reminding me that I am the results of my thoughts and feelings.

So, I woke up with the wonderful feeling that I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE GIFT OF MUSIC,  and I HAVE GRATITUDE TOWARDS MUSIC ITSELF — all around that fact that it moves a nation, changes perspective, allows healing, allows peace, allows joy… you can feel so much while enjoying music — you can experience so many thoughts. I realized that my days are better with music in my life in some shape or sort.  Music has never left my side it is truly the expression of ones feelings and whenever I am unbalanced I understand that I need to find the right music or sing the right song to change my mood, in order to move my thought process towards the focus of appreciating what is now in the present and to be grateful for what is to come.  .. Funny I was speaking about this to my 15 yr old brother and 25 years old sister just last night — that I put my Spotify into “beast mode” when I have to work out so I can really get into it.. and it works.. seriously… any who I wanted to shed a light on gratitude and gratefulness how they are one in the same but the two feelings are beyond comparable.

For youfamily, friends, and fans (FRANS) I am grateful for your support and encouraging words. I appreciate all that you are to me.

#MoMotivation – Understanding the Manifest process…

So whats all this talk about manifestation — okay so I prefer to explain this in the way that I’ve come to understand this process…

For one .. what is “manifesting” — become apparent through the appearance of symptoms .. <– Thats what they said tho.. how the heck do I understand how to manifest?

So, I began to research dig deep you know really figuring out who it and what it is that I wanted to be so that I can experience my own manifest to a point where I can explain it to others who think like me or — come from where I come from, so to speak…

Here’s the thing.. this takes time .. like esp if you are not already mentally prepared to stay at the same positive energy pace during the rollercoaster ride .. like how can you not switch emotionally during a constant up and down process? You have to trust this process.. because there isn’t a physical way to see the rhyme or reason on how certain events in your life play out, the most important thing is to stay in your course… stay excited for the next step forward…

Okay, so we all have these little idiots in (y)our heads that tells us to “give-up, its no point now, its not the right time, I can do this later, I need to wait until…” these are lies, literally lies that you’ve allowed yourself to believe — quite frankly you know much better than that because you also hear the affirmative friends in your head going “go ahead! this is only the beginning! you can do this! this feels so great I can do this forever! I’m glad I made that choice!”  — unfortunately, you  (we) have to listen to them both but chose wisely as to which thoughts you want to bring forth .. this is the process that most people stay at their entire lives… they stay “stuck” they live with the regrets and doubts of the idiots in their heads.. they push away those affirmative thoughts because they now think those are “wishful thinking, fantasies, or dreams” — NO those are very real..

so whats the point Mo?

Now, focusing on those affirmative friends in your head with positive thoughts, great energy, and gratefulness — this will allow you to attract all things to come forth that is in alignment of what you truly want.  This is the next process of manifest.. so its not quite there yet for you.. you think it isn’t working or you’re not doing it right.. but you are.. funny right?.. so you just have to keep those vibes until a couple things manifest before you go into another manifest process. Don’t be fooled  because those idiots will literally always show up … but by now after you’ve gone through one manifest process you should know better and do better …

I read this thing the other day that said ” You believed in Santa Claus and the Tooth fairy for years ..so why can’t you believe in yourself for a month or so…”  I thought WTF … thats real I need to sort some shit out now mentally after reading that..

I mean seriously folks, you can do, be and have anything ..just keep your head high…keep going keep growing because each manifest process should be a learning one so that your next manifest is grander each and every time…

LASTLY BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY — Always, Always, Be Prepared to RECEIVE YOUR MANIFEST! 

I hope that helped somebody manifest unfinished long overdue task(s)… you can do this…you got it.. it’s your world, stay in your course! AFFRIM!

 Self-care is defiantly “MAJOR KEY” as DJ Khalid would say — think about it this way…if you don’t take good care of yourself who will? You really don’t want to depend on others to make sure you’re taken care of. In reality no one can truly take care of you the way you deserve — you know (or you should know) yourself better than anybody else. Knowing yourself takes time and tender care — learning what works and doesn’t work for you. So, I’ve become a pinterest junkie lately and I found these awesome tips on “SELF-CARE” — 50 tips to be exact!

1. Have a mini declutter session.
2. Watch your favorite movie. For the 20th time.
3. Take a long bath.
