\\ creatHERS // ATLANTA was phenomenal!
I had a blast in Atlanta, Ga this past weekend! Over the past couple of months I’ve been working behind the scenes on an unplugged concert and conversation event. I had time to create and organize this event series with an amazing peer of mine — Female Hip-Hop Artist; Tori Bleu.
Aka My HipHop Twin, My Rap Sis Bleu!
Tori & I have worked together in the past musically — you may remember her from the rap verse on “Standing – (Remix)” but this time we wanted to create another type of collaboration — something to move movements forward and embrace the community of all types of creators amongst us which of course is still inspired by our music.
We we’re highly impressed with how we’ve come to manifest this project to the level that it achieved. We were able to partner up with SAP/ ATLANTA to create a night to remember! The magic that happened for us on 12.1.18 can not be duplicated and you simply HAD to be there!
Such great vibes and inspiration surrounding us to push forward. We invited other artist to feature in our concert segments, we invited panelist to engage in live discussions, we included great host(s) to keep the night rolling, great sounds from the DJ all night, and networking amongst vendors and attendees.

Speaking Of .. Yes I’ve relocated!
So, I’ve been living in Los Angeles, CA since June 2017 ; and I love it I mean I’ve always had a thing for California and this year was the year I officially got drafted here. Amazingly enough I’ve literally already performed 3 times and many more to count so the ball is rolling ladies and gents which makes me even more excited about my move!
Just recently had a performance at Carnival Encino – cool experience with my new found west coast band mates — we even got a chance to meet Ms. Golden Brooks.
Moving here has been an adventure, its defiantly different from the southeast region — but what can I say thats why I moved to receive the change that I wanted mentally because seriously in Georgia (all my life) I feel like I was going nowhere fast … like really fast but nowhere (lol) I mean I love my homeland, city, and state but to say the least… I was ready to go .. plus GA will always be home …
I have an full agenda of excited things that are blossoming here that I care to share as they unravel — so bare with me as I don’t like to speak before it happens as I speak them into existence (You’re like huh? lol .. its cool all that matters is I understand lol xoxo)
Anywho in a nutshell Cali has been great to me see that sun kissed skin! 🙂 !

Gratitude Attitude | DAY 4
Good Morning!
Yesterday was all about appreciation for me… I had to get up, get in a good mood and stay there! — after watching back while editing I see I did okay with the “Gratitude Attitude” method of thinking. It made my day go by a lot smoother too — Or maybe it’s because I was in the place I needed to be at this time in my life.
I’m sure my timing for traveling to Canada was just right…. I wouldn’t have been able to deal with the passing of my Auntie the way I am… It could be worse.. that’s not to say I’ll know how to handle putting her to rest this coming Wednesday 🙁 — but all in all I had a great time for all of us!

Let’s just BE here! | Day 3
Hey Guys!
In today’s blog you’ll see how yesterday I was just “BEING” in Toronto. I was able to experience the water I even got inspired to write some music and I went on a food hunt (lol) This video is quite lengthy but I couldn’t leave anything out. It was such a eventful day for me and I needed to document it for myself, my family, my friends and my fans. I really hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed making it for you.
There is no time quite like the present.
On a personal journal note — After a long day yesterday I had a very rough night and time going to sleep as I was struck by the reality that my Auntie is no longer in her body but now only in spirit. I am grateful for her life she shared with us while she was here… but last night I weeped so hard to know I couldn’t call her and share my travel experience with her.. or even just to hear her say “Morrisa you’re doing good I’m proud of you” I can hear her sweet voice saying it as I am typing. The wind is blowing I feel her love energy. If you ever lost someone so dear and near to your heart you understand my pain.
Live life to the fullest with no regrets!

DAY 2 – A Birthday to Remember!
OMG Guys!!! Exploring Toronto was amazing.. It’s so beautiful, peaceful, calm, free and just all around a wonderful experience — I truly enjoyed my birthday yesterday! I’m so glad I decided to come! What a great gift of life.. what a great gift to myself… what a great 28!
